you will stay on track, and recorded form checks will ensure that your workouts are both safe and effective.

  • 20 – minute initial consultation (skype or phone call)

  • 3 workouts per week

  • Weekly 15 – minute check ins

  • Form check ins (recorded videos or skype)

  • Unlimited access to mobile/online app

  • Support by email, texting, and the mobile/online app
