Get the kids away from the TV and video games and into a program that is focused on Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle Habits.

Our Teen Fitness program provides healthy and energizing workouts that focus on cardio and strength that will burn calories, help build a lean and healthy body, develop better core strength and balance as well as improve athletic performance.  Participants will also learn the important components of living a healthy and active lifestyle.

We offer private, semi-private and small group sessions.
