FIT KIDS
This program provides the basic fundamentals of Fitness & Exercise. Emphasis is placed on proper form, technique, core strengthening, proper nutrition and goal setting. This is an 8 week program that meets once a week and is the perfect way to introduce kids ages 12-16 to living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
